Bachelor of Engineering (DHBW) - focus mechatronics

This education, in conjunction with the University of Cooperative Education Baden-Wuerttemberg in Stuttgart, will provide you with a basic knowledge of mechanical engineering (i.e. construction design), electro-technical and information engineering.
The practical sessions will enable you to further apply and deepen your acquired knowledge. During the first four semesters you will acquire a broad-based engineering background. Important contents are Mechanical Engineering, Electro-technical Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, and Production Technology.
 
The three-year course is divided into six semesters. Each semester covers approximately 12 weeks of theory at the DHBW and 12 weeks of practical training in the various departments at Dungs.

The course at the cooperative university leads to an internationally recognised Bachelor Degree, upon passing of the exams.

Prerequisites:
- General or subject-related entrance qualification with good to very good results in the subjects Mathematics, Physics, German, English (or Information Engineering or Technology)
- Interest in technical subjects and enjoying programing
- Independent and team-oriented work attitude
- Initiative, ability to cope with stress, and creativity
