Training for mechatronics engineer

As the name implies, the profession of a mechatronics engineer combines the tasks of a mechanic with those of an electronic engineer. Mechatronics engineers at DUNGS are at home in both the world of machine and metal technology and the world of electronics and electrical engineering: an occupational field with great potential.
The mechatronics engineer is needed in many fields of work, e.g. system technology, development, quality assurance, operation as well as maintenance of machines and much more.

Prerequisite:
- Very good CSA, O-level or A-level
- Craftsmanship and good technical understanding
- Well-founded knowledge of mathematics, physics and technology
- Good spatial sense and strong colour sense- Endurance and concentration
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team

Duration of apprenticeship:
3 1/2 years

Location:
1st year Grunbach, IHK Bildungshaus
From the 2nd year until the end of the training program at DUNGS in Urbach
