Process Burners are based on a mixing unit featuring a central fuel lance and a radially symmetrical, stepped combustion air supply (mixing cone). The modular design offers extensive options for customizing the burner system.
CONEFIRE® G-Sp
The Process Burner CONEFIRE® G-Sp is designed for thermal exhaust gas treatment and air heating in industrial applications, offering high flexibility in terms of fuel types and control parameters. Featuring a sliding mixing unit, the G-Sp model is tailored to specific process requirements and is often customized to meet customer-specific needs.
CONEFIRE® GB
The classic Process Burner CONEFIRE® GB with a modular design. Suitable for gas, oil, or combined operation with an interchangeable nozzle assembly. Ideal for industrial heating processes such as plate or drying ovens, and can be flexibly adapted to meet customer-specific requirements.
CONEFIRE® HT
The high-performance Process Burner CONEFIRE® HT for thermal afterburning systems and air preheating, as well as high connected loads. Suitable for gas, oil, or combined operation with an interchangeable nozzle assembly. Stable operation thanks to an adjustable mixing cone unit, even under fluctuating conditions.
