Accessibility Statement
Karl DUNGS GmbH & Co. KG wishes to ensure that everyone has easy access to its digital services. This statement applies to the website www.dungs.com and the web applications at apps.dungs.com. This statement is provided voluntarily; there is no legal obligation under the Accessibility Enhancement Act for our services, which are aimed exclusively at businesses.
In our development and maintenance work, we adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformity levels A and AA, as well as the European standard EN 301 549.
Status of compatibility
The website www.dungs.com and the applications available at apps.DUNGS.com are largely compliant with the specified requirements. Key accessibility principles have been implemented:
a clear page structure with distinct sections for navigation and content
technical language tagging for all pages
labelled form fields with marked required fields, without CAPTCHA
Keyboard-operated language and unit switching within the applications
Seamless scalability of content across all devices
Some content and features do not yet fully meet the requirements. These are listed below and will be improved gradually.

A jump link to the main content is not yet available.
The keyboard focus is not equally clearly visible on all pages.
In some modules, the heading structure is not yet consistent throughout.
Some links and icons have not yet been clearly labelled.
Alternative text for images
Animations do not yet take the ‘Reduce motion’ system setting into account.
Datasheets, operating instructions, certificates and leaflets are available as PDF files and have not yet been made fully accessible. On request, we will be happy to provide you with the content in a format that is accessible to you.
Applications on apps.dungs.com:
A skip link to the main content is not yet available.
Diagrams, wiring diagrams and switch diagrams do not yet have text alternatives. The resulting output is available in text form.
Messages regarding incorrect entries are displayed, but are not yet linked to the relevant field via the programme.
The selection and input fields within the results and calculation tables are not yet clearly labelled.
This statement does not cover the DUNGS Academy training platform (academy.dungs.com), the my.dungs.com customer portal, embedded or linked content from social networks, or the cookie consent service.
