DUNGS acquires IBS
DUNGS acquires IBS Industrie-Brenner-Systeme GmbH and expands its range of industrial process heating solutions
The DUNGS Group has acquired IBS Industrie-Brenner-Systeme GmbH, based in Hagen. With this acquisition, DUNGS strengthens its strategic focus on industrial process heat, expanding its product range from components and gas systems to complete burner systems for high- and low-temperature processes.
IBS will continue to operate in its current form. The IBS brand, product names and familiar points of contact will remain unchanged. From the third quarter of 2026, IBS’s burner solutions will also be offered through DUNGS’s global sales network.
With this move, DUNGS reinforces its commitment to covering the entire value chain for industrial thermal processes.
